Who we are
pixpic is a personal-creative photo editor operated by pixpic Studio, an independent project. The app is offered on the App Store, on the web at pixpic-chi.vercel.app, and as a Progressive Web App. Throughout this policy, "we", "us" and "pixpic" refer to pixpic Studio.
What data we collect
iOS App (App Store version): We do not collect any personal data, usage data, identifiers, or analytics from the iOS app. The app runs entirely on your device. No account is required. No network requests are made to our servers — there are no servers.
Web version (pixpic-chi.vercel.app): We collect a minimal set of anonymous usage statistics through Vercel Analytics — page views, browser type, country, and device class — to understand traffic. No personal information, no cross-site tracking, and no cookies for advertising. Vercel Analytics is GDPR-compliant by design (no cookies, no IP storage). This collection happens only on the web version, never inside the iOS app.
Photos and access permissions
- Photo Library access (iOS only): required so you can pick a photo to edit and save your finished work back to Photos. We never read or copy any photo we don't need for the action you just took. Photos stay on your device — we never upload them anywhere.
- All image processing — including the AI-based subject segmentation — happens entirely on your device. On iOS 17+ we use Apple's Vision Framework (a system-provided API); on older iOS and on the web, processing uses a locally-bundled WebAssembly model. Either way, your photos do not leave your phone.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children. The app handles only the photos a user explicitly opens; we have no other interaction with users.

Your rights
Because the iOS app collects nothing, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete on our side. To remove the small set of anonymous web-analytics data, you can either (a) ask us to delete the corresponding rows or (b) simply not visit the web app — Vercel Analytics doesn't persistently identify you.
Future paid features
If we introduce in-app purchases in the future, the App Store handles billing — we never see your card or banking information. Apple shares anonymized purchase counts with us; nothing more.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when we change anything material, and bump the "Last updated" date at the top. There are no email notifications because we don't have your email.

照片与权限
- 相册访问权限（仅 iOS）：用于让你选取要编辑的照片，并把作品保存回相册。我们绝不读取或复制任何与你当前操作无关的照片。所有照片都留在你的设备上——我们绝不会上传到任何地方。
- 所有图像处理——包括基于 AI 的主体识别——均在你的设备本地完成。iOS 17+ 使用 Apple Vision Framework（系统 API），更老的 iOS 与网页版使用本地打包的 WebAssembly 模型。你的照片不会离开手机。
儿童隐私
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童（欧盟境内为 16 岁以下）。我们不会刻意收集儿童数据。应用仅处理用户主动打开的照片，除此之外没有其他用户交互。

你的权利
由于 iOS App 不收集任何数据，我方无任何可供查询、更正或删除的内容。如需删除网页端那极少量的匿名分析数据，你可以（a）联系我们删除对应记录，或（b）直接不再访问网页版——Vercel Analytics 不会持续识别你的身份。
未来的付费功能
如未来推出应用内购买，所有支付均由 App Store 处理，我们绝不会看到你的银行卡或账户信息。Apple 仅向我们提供匿名的销售汇总数据。
政策变更
涉及实质内容的变更，我们将更新此页面，并刷新顶部的"最后更新"日期。由于我们没有你的邮箱，恕无法发送邮件通知。
